3.1 WebTrac message All receipts are in .PDF format and require Adobe Reader
Problem
WebTrac is displaying the following message:
All receipts are in .PDF format and require Adobe Reader. Your browser must allow pop-ups to view receipts correctly. Click here to download free Adobe Reader software from Adobe.com.
Solution
In this case, the WWW user account (utilized for WebTrac sessions) was set to Inactive status. The WWW User must be set to Active status.
1. Goto User Account Management, highlight the WWW user and click Change.
2. Set the Status to Active.
3. Click Save.
