Auto Remove Tickets and Activities from WebTrac After End Date

Problem
Activities and Ticketed Events are still showing in WebTrac after the end date has passed. How do I get them to stop displaying on the web?
Solution
You can use the Bulk Web Settings Change utility and schedule it to run periodically to clean up Webtrac records that are past their end date.
Steps For Solution
- Go to Bulk Web Settings Change
- For "Process Options" select all options that apply (i.e. Activity, Tickets, ect.)
- Set Begin Date to "Today/ -1"
- Set End Date to "Today/ -1"
- Set Date Option to End Dates
- Toggle on Change Display On Web Settings
- Set "Change Display Settings To" to No
- Click Schedule
- Give your scheduled event a name (i.e. Remove Past Tickets)
- Set Begin Date to today
- Set End Date for a period far in the future to have this run indefinitely (i.e. 2099)
- Choose all Months
- Set Day Option to Specific Weekdays
- Choose all weekdays
- Set Time Option to Fixed Time
- Select a time outside normal business hours (i.e 12:05am)
- Click Save
When the event runs it will find records for the modules you selected that ended yesterday and will change their display on web setting to no.
