Fees on WebTrac are different from RecTrac fees

Problem
I have several items on WebTrac that don't match the fees that we set in RecTrac. How can we get WebTrac to match those fees?
Solution
This can be caused by the Scheduled Event, Search Index Builder not having run. You will need to click Change Event and click Create All Index Records then save the record to force the event to reindex the database.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Scheduled Events Management.
- Locate and highlight the Search Index Builder event.
- Click Change Event.
- Click Create All Index Records.
- Click Save.
- Click Run Event Now.
Note:
This can take a significant amount of time depending on the size of your database. Please allow up to half an hour to complete before you see the updates on WebTrac.
After the event completes, go to your WebTrac home page and click CTRL + F5 to refresh. Check your items in WebTrac and they should be updated to what was set in RecTrac.
