How to create automated Thank You emails for new households that register online?

Problem
I want to send an automated email to our patrons when they register their new household online. Is there a way to set up a "Thank You" email to all patrons who registered online?
Solution
Yes! From the WebTrac Parameters profile linked to the WWW user, you can customize the email that is sent post-registration under the "New Household Email" field.
Steps For Solution
- In RecTrac, go to Profile Assignments.
- Highlight the WebTrac Parameters profile linked under the WWW user.
- Click Update.
- Expand the New/Forgotten settings group.
- Click the picklist arrow next to the New Household Email field.
- This will open the Comment Management screen, click Add to create a new comment code that will represent this email message.
- Enter your message into the Comment Text field, HTML styling is allowed.
- Click Save to save the comment.
- If you want the patron's Web Username, insert the <WebID> database tag in the text editor box.
- Click Select to choose the new comment for the New Household Email field.
- Click Save to save the profile.
Now when a patron creates a new household they will receive your Thank You email.
