How to unlock WebTrac customer's account

Problem
I have a customer reporting that they can't login to WebTrac because their account is locked out. How can I unlock the customer's account?
Solution
Go to Household Management, then find and select the Household that is locked out. Under the household's Web Details, you will see a "User Locked Out" toggle. Toggle it off and then save the household.
Steps For Solution
- Go to Household Management in RecTrac
- Highlight the household that is locked out from the DataGrid
- Click Change
- Click Household Options > Web Details
- Toggle off "User Locked Out?"
- Click Save to save the Web Details
- Click Save to save the household
Notify the Patron that their WebTrac account is no longer locked out.
