New Record Codes Not Displaying On WebTrac Or Not Displaying Changes

Problem
A record code (Activity Section, Facility, POS Inventory Item) either does not show up on WebTrac after being created in RecTrac or an existing record code does not reflect new changes on WebTrac.
Solution
Verified that activity WebTrac settings were correct and manually ran search index builder which was queued in the RecTrac Scheduled Events. The issue was the Search index builder scheduled event had not run because of the queued status.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to the management screen for the record code in question. (i.e Facility Management or Activity Management)
- Highlight the item from the DataGrid.
- Click Change.
- Verify WebTrac Settings are set to Display on Web.
- Click Save.
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Scheduled Events Management.
- Highlight the Search Index Builder from the DataGrid.
- Click Run Event Now.
- Highlight WebTrac Availability Update from the DataGrid.
- Click Run Event Now.
- Verify the status of each event is Active and NOT Queued.
Return to the appropriate WebTrac search screen, your new records should now appear in the results table.
