WebTrac Search price column displays - "Add to Cart for Price"

Problem
Is there a way for the Resident and Nonresident fees for a facility rental to show up online? Right now it says: Add To Cart For Price/$59.00.
When clicking on the rental online for more information, it only shows the $59 as well.

Solution
The "Add to cart for price" message is usually due to fees that are prompted and could adjust the overall cost of the item when adding it to the cart.
For example, a fee linked at the module level could be set to prompt by Fee Group. The fee is optional when added to the cart and it is up to the customer to select or deselect this fee, so the price cannot be exactly calculated.
There is a setting in the advanced fee change screen where you can adjust if the fee will be included or excluded from the cost display calculation. Adjust this setting so the prompted fee will be excluded from the cost calculation, allowing the price to be shown correctly online.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to the appropriate management screen for the Facility or Program displaying the message "Add to Cart for Price" in the Webtrac Search. (Facility Management, Activity Management, etc…)
- From the DataGrid, highlight the record.
- Click Change.
- Click the Fees tab for the item.
- Locate and highlight any Fee linked to a prompted Fee Group.
- Click Change > Advanced Fee Change.
- Expand the Miscellaneous Settings group.
- Set Search Index Price Calculation Option to Exclude this fee from the Price Calc.
- Click Save to save the fee.
- Repeat steps 5-9 for any additional fee linked to a prompted Fee Group that may interfere with that price calculation.
- Click Save to save the record.
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Scheduled Events Management.
- Locate and highlight the Search Index Builder event.
- Click Run Event Now.
Refresh the Webtrac Search results screen. Your item should now display both Resident and Nonresident prices.
