Below are the image sizes for each template.
Image Sizes |
|||
Top Large Image* |
1800px x 475px |
1660px x 380px |
350px x 350px |
Bottom Boxes |
350px x 350px |
320px x 215px |
275px x 275px |
*Top images are larger and often more difficult to find. Rectangular (wide) images work best to avoid a stretched or pixelated looking image.
PRO TIP – If you’re looking to replace current images you can name the new images with the the names of the images your replacing. If you do this, you can skip step 3!
Step 2 – Upload Your Images (If Hosted)
One you have your images and you’ve sized them based on the chart above you can upload them to our hosted environment. You can use this link to request an account or login. Images should be available for display 15 minutes after they are uploaded.
If you are a Web Only Hosted customer then you can email your images to hostedservices@vermontsystems.com
Step 2 – Upload Your Images (If On Premise)
Once you have your images and you’ve sized them based on the chart above you can save those images out on your WebTrac server. Images should be saved in the following directory. (Drive may vary based on how it was installed)
C:\VSI3\RecTrac\WebServer\WEB\images
Step 3 – Update your image pointers in RecTrac
If you’ve uploaded new image names then the last step in the process is updating your splash code to point to the new images.
· Login to RecTrac
· Go to Comment Management and filter down to the WebTrac Reserved type codes
· Open up your current splash page record and update the image names as needed
o For example, if you’re replacing your current spring registration image that is named spring1.jpg with a new image named spring2.jpg then you would update that name only.
