Enrollment Counts by Day allows you to adjust Max Count values by class meeting date for this program as opposed to having one general value for the entire run of the program. This is beneficial for instances where building codes or staffing limitations dictate the number of individuals who may be in attendance at any given time. Only those meeting dates that vary from the Overall Max Count on the section need to be listed here.
For Example: Early Bird Spinners meets Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at the Fitness Center. The maximum count for this class is 20. Due to a scheduling conflict, the Wednesday meeting room is smaller than the Monday and Friday room and can accommodate only 15 people. Using Enrollment Count by Day, you would add a record for each Wednesday meeting date and set the Max Count for those dates to '15,' thus ensuring the room will not be over-enrolled. This could be accomplished easily using the Bulk Add button.
To utilize this feature, enable the Allow Enrollments by Day? option on the Additional Settings panel.
