10.3 and 3.1 All Credit Card transactions through PanPad and CardConnect are asking for manual entry of Expiration Date

We installed CardConnect PanPads a month or so ago and since then we are being asked to input an expiration date. This occurs no matter that type of transaction we do (manual, chip, and swipe, etc) Is there a way to shut off this requirement?
Solution
Yes. Contact CardConnect and have them verify whether or not clearNEC is enabled on your merchant account(s). If it is NOT ENABLED for your merchant account(s), then have CardConnect enable it.
This must be handled between you and CardConnect. VSI cannot enable or disable the clearNEC setting on your account.
