How to Customize Forgotten Password Email in WebTrac 3.1
Problem
Is it possible to customize the Forgotten Password email in WebTrac 3.1?
Solution
If no custom email is setup, this is the default email that is sent out:

To create a custom Forgotten Password email in RecTrac 3.1:
1 Go to Management > System Management > Comment Management.
2 Click the Add button.
3 Enter a Comment Code with Record Type = WebTrac Reserved and a description.
4 Add your desired text to the comment text field and be sure to include the code where you want to insert the time-sensitive, single-use link for the patron to click.
5 Click Save.
6 Go to Management > System Management > Profile Management.
7 Highlight the WebTrac Parameters profile and double-click to edit.
8 Expand the New/Forgotten Settings group.
9 In the Forgotten Password Email field, select the Comment Code you just created from the Comment Code picklist.
10 Click Save and exit to Home page.
