How do you set up RecConnect to send emails via Scheduled Events?
Solution
You can schedule RecConnect program to send Email at regular intervals, if desired. This option is available for Email only.
1. Run a RecConnect Program.
2. Proceed through to the Report Options screen from RecConnect Results.
3. Upon making your selections, click Schedule. You will continue to the Schedule Generator screen.
4. On the left-hand panel, enter your Schedule Settings as you would for any other report. Use the 'i' and '?' Help icons Help Icons on the upper-right hand corner of the screen for field definitions, if needed.
5. On the right-hand side of the screen, enter your Email Options as discussed above.
6. Click Save. The report will be scheduled, and you will be returned to the previous screen.
