In this video, we'll be talking about our tee time pattern program. And what tee time patterns will help you do is blocking out your tee sheet for things like frost delays, leagues, tournaments, stuff like that, where you have a number of times that you want to block out, and that you want to do all at once, maybe like leaves and frost delays, you're going to do that multiple days throughout the week of the year. So we want to make that quick, as easy as possible. So there is switch over to my Mulligan Meadows here. So there are ways that you can do it on the tee sheet itself here, as well. Let's just say I want to block this out for frost as an example. So if I go to my first tee time there, the day, I put in frost, as my name, the copy to all slots buttons, so I can get that on all four people.

And then our book additional tee times here. Let's just say I want to book five additional tee times. So it's going to book this one as well as the next five, I hit my process and finish or book tee time Button. And down at the bottom are on our T sheet here we've got our frost and our five additional so six total tee times book there. If I do it this way, then I'd have to go to the next day as well, April 2, do the same thing and unblock out that frost delay. So the easier way to do that instead is to use a tee time pattern. So the route that I just showed you there through the tee sheet that might be helpful for things like a one time tournament, you could do that nice and easy on the tee sheet. But if it's something like this, that you're going to do multiple times throughout the year, then the pattern tee time is the way to go. So we have our pattern Type here of book, you can also do the clear option, if you ever make a mistake, or that league isn't happening anymore, you can clear out those bookings in bulk all at once.

But in this case, we're gonna do the book option, we're going to come down select the course or courses if you want to do multiple. And then in here, throw in our frost delay there. If you are going to do it for a league or a tournament, and you have a daily pass Button for leagues or tournaments, then you can select that in your list. If it's something like this frost delay, and you're not actually going to be using those tee times, it really doesn't matter what your past is set to here. This one over here then is our date range. So see I've already done it here for April 1. Let's see I'm gonna start on April 2. And yeah, maybe I want to go all the way through the month of April, just to be safe there, Brock block that out for frost. And then we have our time options. So I can say I want to start at a specific time, let's say 6am. And then I want to end it either at a specific time, we could say 6:50am.
Ryan Mitchell 3:03
Or instead of an end time. Sometimes you might not know a certain time maybe for something else like a league, you don't know exactly when they're going to end. But you know, you start at this time and they have X number of groups going out. So that's another way you could do it, you can do the time or consecutive tee times one of those two options. So for frost, in this example, I do know that I want to stop at that 6:50am My first tee time is going to be seven. So I put that in, I do want to block this out every single day of the week within that date range. If this was a league, for example, then you would want to do say it's a Tuesday night League, you just want to turn on Tuesdays to be blocked out in that date range. And then I'm saying that we're blocking out 18 holes for people so nobody can sneak in any of those tee times. They're all booked up for the first part of the morning. And the last two options down here at the bottom, a sign is checked in and override tee time rules.
Ryan Mitchell 4:03
So a sign is checked in this one is is handy for tournaments where you have a sponsor that pays for everybody one check, you know no individuals are paying it's It's everybody's getting paid by for one one person. So that one then you could assign them as checked in. So when they get to your tee sheet they've already show as being paid. You don't have any extra steps there on the day of to check in and mark them off or anything. You're just marking them off already as being paid. And then this one here, a lot of courses have like a max of seven days in advance is the farthest out you could book a tee time. So right now I'm trying to book these frost times here for the whole month, which is obviously more than seven days away. So I want to override any of those rules and allow me to make this booking anyway. So I'm going to hit process here. Close. And so now back on our Tee sheet here I'm on April 2 Which is when I started that pattern tee time, hit refresh.

And there's my frost delay. And I can go all the way out to the end of April there and see that frost. So very quick and easy to use. And then throughout the year if frost, you know eases up before you thought it would, then you can easily go back and use your clear option. Or again, if you you know, that league isn't happening anymore, that tournament isn't happening anymore. Anything else that you want to get rid of in bulk, you can do this way as well. So let's say, okay, it comes and maybe by the 26th, we're all good. It looks like Frost is clearing up earlier and earlier, we're all set to restart removing those frost bookings, we can do this here, change our option to clear have our core selected our date range, so I just want to remove those frost bookings towards the end of April. Six to 650 is what I had booked. So that's what I want to clear. So I'm clearing these out. process that's yes. And then on our Tee sheet, if I go now to the 26 There we go. Those are all freed up, seventh, eighth, 29th and so on. So those are now ready to go. You've cleared out the frost bookings people are ready to start booking those earlier times.
