3.1 Global Sales Payment Screen offers no way to apply Coupons to sales
Problem
A customer has a valid Coupon but my clerk has no way to apply it. There is no Apply Coupon button on her Payment Screen in Global Sales. Clerks at the Pool have it on their screen, but we don't have it here at the Gym. Where do I go to enable that?
Solution
Ensure the Payment profile to which the clerk is linked has the Allow Coupons option selected. The Allow Coupons option determines whether the Apply Coupons button appears on the Payment screen.
To resolve: Go to Profile Assignments, find the Payment profile for the Gym location, enabled the Allow Coupons option and Save. Changes take effect immediately upon the next entry to Payment Screen.
Note: Allow Coupons is NOT a System-Wide setting. This is a Profile-based setting only. IF you have multiple Payment profiles (such as one at the Pool and a different Payment profile at the Gym), VSI strongly recommends ensuring the Allow Coupons option is set consistently on each profile.
