A specific customer is not being charged fees

Problem
In our database we use both resident and nonresident fees to provide a discount to those from the city, we have one customer who comes in and when they try to make a purchase, 0 fees populate in the global sales window. How can we fix this customer's account so they are charged appropriately?
Solution
There is a rare error that causes the resident or nonresident category to appear as if it is selected in Household Management, but it never actually gets selected in the system. To fix this one must manually reset the Category on the household from Household Management.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Household Management.
- From the DataGrid, highlight the problem household.
- Click Change.
- Change the Category to the opposing category. (i.e. Resident to Nonresident)
- Click Save.
- With the Household still highlighted, click Change again.
- Change the Category to the appropriate category. (i.e. From Nonresident back to Resident)
- Click Save.
Return to Global Sales for this household and test to see if the fees populate correctly.
