Can you reverse or undo a cancellation status?

Problem
One of our clerks cancelled a pass for a customer when they should have just updated the fees, is there a way to recover or reverse the cancellation status?
Solution
Unfortunately, there is no way to reverse the status of a cancellation. When you accidentally cancel something you can always re-enroll the individual in the same item.
Note:
An accidental cancellation will most likely have an associated accidental refund. Depending on how the refund was processed will give you a better idea of how payment should be processed for the corrective transaction.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Global Sales.
- Highlight the household from the DataGrid.
- Click Select.
- Click on the corresponding tab of the item that was accidentally cancelled.
- Highlight the item that was accidentally cancelled from the DataGrid.
- Click Add To Cart.
- Click Payment.
- Ensure the Total due, Total Paid, and Pay Code are accurate.
- Click Process.
The patron's purchase history will now show the original item with a cancellation status as well as the correction transaction for the same item.
