Problem
How can we modify the duration of the Change Due screen that displays after completing a transaction?
Solution
Change this duration value in your Payment Profiles through Profile Assignments or Profile Management by changing the value in Core Settings > Change Due Pause field. The number you enter here represents the number of seconds for which the Change Due screen will display after completing a transaction.
Steps For Solution
- From your RecTrac main menu, navigate to Profile Assignments. Note: Alternatively, you can access the Payment Profile through Profile Management.
- Select the Payment Profile for which you would like to change the Change Due screen's duration.
- Click Update.
- Under the Core Settings group, find the Change Due Pause field. Enter the number of seconds for which you want the Change Due popup to display after transaction completion.
- Click Save.
- Repeat these steps for any other Payment Profiles for which you want to apply this change.
