Household #0 Populates for All Households When Adding or Updating Auto-Pay Credit Card Number

Problem
We have a household inaccurately displaying the number "0." This inaccurate household number displays when adding an auto-pay credit card number. This person is also in the database as a duplicate, with another household number. I cannot delete the household number "0" because it has history.
Solution
To resolve, merge the HH #0 with the actual HH #--in this case, #700023297. This resolution addresses also the IB update screen issue.
Steps For Solution
- From your RecTrac main menu, navigate to Household Transfer/Merge.
- Select 'HH Number 0' under the From Household field options.
- Select the duplicate HH Number (in this case, HH Number 700023297).
- Click Begin Transfer Merge.
- For each applicable record, select the merge option in the DataGrid.
- Once finished, click Preview Changes.
- Click Process Changes.
