How come my fees always charge $0?

Problem
My fees are charging $0 regardless of the fee amount, criteria, transaction type, or any other obvious settings I change. Why does the fee always charge $0 and what can I do to fix this?
Solution
When looking at the list of fees for the item that is having an issue, look at the quantity column. RecTrac should default the fee quantity to 1.00, but if the quantity gets changed to 0.00, the fee will never charge. You will need to update the quantity to 1.00
Steps For Solution
- Go to the Fees tab of the item that is experiencing this issue.
- Locate the fee that isn't charged from the DataGrid.
- Note: If the fee is not editable at this location, note the linking level and go to the appropriate management screen.
- Check to see if the Quantity is set to 0.00.
- If so, highlight the fee.
- Click the pencil edit icon on the left, inline with the fee.
- Change the Quantity from 0.00 to 1.00
- Click the pencil edit icon again.
- Click Save.
Return to Global Sales and attempt to add the item associated with these fees to the cart. The fees should now charge as expected.
