Manually Add Household Credit

Problem
We have a patron at the front desk looking to load credits onto their household account so that the other family members have it available to use at the concession stand at the pool. How can the front desk staff quickly add the credit to the household?
Solution
You can manually add credits to a household from the payment screen in Global Sales.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Global Sales.
- Highlight the household of the patron from the DataGrid.
- Click Select.
- Click OK to acknowledge any household ticklers on the Information pop-up that may appear.
- Click $0 Payment.
- Click Yes on the empty cart Information pop-up that may appear.
- In the Payment screen, input the desired credit amount in Total Paid.
- Select the corresponding payment code that matches the patron's payment method. (i.e 02 - Cash)
- Click Add Credit. Credit for the inputted amount will appear in the payments box.
- Click Process.
A receipt for the added credit will be generated which you can provide to your customer. These credits will be available immediately to use by the entire household.
