Overriding the Minimum Amount Due

Problem
When trying to change the minimum amount due, I (the clerk) am prompted with the popup, "The minimum amount due has not been paid for the following items:" and am given two options: A Yes button (greyed-out with a lock icon) and a No button. When clicking the greyed-out Lock icon, I am prompted for my additional credentials. After submitting my information, the message "Additional Permissions Required" pops up.
Note: The fee is set to allow overrides and the linked Permissions profile also is set to allow overrides under the Module Settings group.
Solution
Check the Payment profile active for your user, under Override Minimum Amount Due. Select all modules for which you would like to allow overrides.
Steps For Solution
- From your RecTrac main menu, go to Profile Assignments.
- Highlight the Payment profile you want to update.
- Expand Core Settings 2 group.
- Under Override Minimum Amount Due, select all modules for which you would like to allow overrides.
- Click Save.
In Global Sales, re-attempt the transaction. You now should be able to override the minimum amount due.
