10.3 and 3.1 Star TSP Receipt Printer Errors
Problem
We are having receipt printer problems on one of our computers. We get service errors when trying to start the serial emulator service from the Star configuration utility. This only happens when a non-Windows Administrator is logged into the PC. Here are the errors:

Solution
In Windows Services, add the non-Windows Administrator account to Port Emulator (for STAR). Add the non-Windows Administrator account to TCP Port Emulator (TSP100).
