Access Tickets not scanning with Mobile RecTrac/Captuvo Scanners
Solution
To get the Access Tickets to scan on Mobile RecTrac/Captuvo Scanners, you MUST:
1. In RecTrac, go to the Management ribbon Pass Management & bull; Pass Management. Open the ticket and ensure Daily Pass Code is enabled.
2. Go to the Management ribbon System Management Misc Management group Access Ticket Management. Add/Change a record and ensure the pass from step #1 is linked in the Access Ticket Daily Pass field.
3. Go to the Management ribbon System Management User/Menu/Profile Management group Profile Assignments. In Available Profiles, expand the Visit Profile group. Highlight the desired Visit Profile and then click Change. Under Daily Pass List, add the Daily Pass from step #1. Click Save and then close the screen.
4. Try processing an Access Ticket again using your Mobile RecTrac/Captuvo Scanners.
