What is a Support Ticket and how do I use them?
Solution
Support Tickets are issues that you, as a VSI customer, can create, view, and update on our website. Once an issue has been created on the website, Support Tickets are assigned to Customer Support personnel who work with you to resolve them. Support Tickets are assigned in the order in which they are received.
To create or review a Support Ticket, log into www.vermontsystems.com. Go to Customer > Support Tickets on the main menu. Once there,
1 You can create a brand new ticket which will then be assigned to a support person. When you save the new ticket, you will be offered potential KBase solutions.
2 You can search your existing support tickets using status, date, and keywords, and view their contents.
3 You can close an open ticket.
4 You can add a response to an open ticket. This will show up for support in the Web Notes button in the call.
