How do you Transfer to History in RecTrac 3.1? I don't see that on the menu anywhere.
Answer
"Transfer to History" is called "Archiving" in RecTrac 3.1. When a program, season, or year is finished, you can archive the rosters to make it easier to track trends, send out mailings, and retain enrollment level comparisons.
Activity Archiving: In RecTrac, search for and go to Section Archive. Use the 'i' Information icons for field definitions and step-by-step instruction as needed. You can also refer to the Archiving Topic Doc, which is linked in the help file.
