How to Notify Users of RecTrac 3.1 Login URL
Problem
Once we upgrade to RecTrac 3.1, how can we easily let all our RecTrac users know the URL for logging in?
Solution
Because RecTrac 3.1 is a web-based product, you run it through a web browser. The latest versions of Firefox and Chrome are the recommended browsers because of their built-in compatibility with JavaScript and jQuery.
During the upgrade process you and your VSI support tech will determine the Base Href for the RecTrac installation. When complete, the lead user will then be able to login. Once in RecTrac, there is functionality to email the new login URL to any and all users.
