Solution
Yes. Customizing your Help in RecTrac 3.1 is a product of customizing your screens in Management Screen Management. The following five (5) steps outline the process. The hyper link leads you to the Step-by-Step instructions.
1. In Management Screen Management, Add the screen that contains the field for which you wish to add custom Help.
2. Select the Field and proceed to Advanced Field Parameters.
3. Enter your Custom Help in the CustomHelp field.
4. Click 'Save' and click 'Preview' for accuracy.
5. Save the record and click 'Clear All Cache'. Changes to the Help are incorporated immediately for any User linked to a Screen Design profile linked to the Design for which you changed the Help.
