Is there an equivalent report in RecTrac 3.1 to the Activity Child Care Statement in 10.3?
Solution
Yes. It is run from the Statements program, which is under the Period End Processes menu on the standard VSI Design. Expand the Statement Option drop-down list and select 'Child Care Statement.'
Here are some things for you to consider when setting up the fields:
1. For Activity Child Care Statements, you will want to choose the Activity Enrollments module.
2. Be sure to enter Transaction Date and Item Date ranges.
3. Include proper Credit and Debit Pay Codes.
4. You can use the Individual Household Selection group if single households ask for a statement.
5. Determine whether you wish to Email Statements.
6. Expand the Module Ranges group and determine whether you need to Only Include Child Care Activities.
7. Use the 'i' icon for field level descriptions and other information.
Click Process to run the Statement.
Upon completion, you will see a message from the Notification center that the process is complete. Go to the Statement History tab to view/print/email your output OR you can print in bulk them from the Bulk Print program.
