3.1 Adding Extra Phone Number and Email Address Fields in RecTrac Household Update
Problem
Is it possible to have multiple phone number and email fields for family members in RecTrac? We have need of three phone numbers per family member and would like them listed on the main screen instead of on the Additional Phone Numbers tab.
Solution
Yes. RecTrac 3.1.05.08 and greater provides up to five (5) Phone Number fields and three (3) Email fields for the Primary Person, Secondary Guardian and individual family members (click the Member Details button). By default, two (2) Phone Number fields and two (2) Email fields are listed each when using the Standard VSI Design.
To have additional Phone Number and/or Email Fields Listed
1. Go to Management Screen Management Household Update and/or Person Update.
2. In Household Update and/or Person Update, expand the Core Group and/or Secondary Guardian Group from the middle column. Highlight/select the applicable Phone Number or Email record (For Example: Phone 3, Phone 4, Phone 5, Email 3, etc)
3. In the Field Parameters group on the right-hand column, use InLine editing to change the FieldStatus from Hidden to Updateable.
4. Make additional changes as necessary. Click Done to save your changes.
