3.1 Excluding Future Renewals from Membership RecConnect
Problem
I send emails out for any Membership that is expiring next month. When I did this today, I received an email back from a member saying she had already renewed her pass. Why would she have gotten an email in the first place?
Solution
When running the PM RecConnect report, be sure to set the Exclude Passes with a Future Renewal option (Membership Date Range group) to 'Yes.'
