How to Post Instructor Pay for Archived Programs/Dates in the Past in 3.1
Problem
Our winter programs were archived, and I missed paying one of our instructors. How do I pull roster information for this instructor? She is a percentage pay based on the number of enrollees.
Solution
Instructor Pay Processing cannot be run for Archived programs. In the event you Archive your programs before running Instructor Pay Processing, you must Recover the Section, run the Instructor Pay Processing program of those section(s), and then 're-archive' them.
To Recover a Section:
1. Go to Activity Management and select the program to recover. Click Change to continue to the Activity Update screen.
2. At the bottom of the screen, click the Archived Sections button. You will go to the Archived Activity Section Management DataGrid.
3. Select the Section to Recover and click the Recover Section button.
4. Read the Challenge Message carefully and select your answer. Click the '?' Help icon on the DataGrid for more information regarding the Challenge Message, if needed.
5. Click Continue,. The Section will be recovered/un-archived.
6. Run Instructor Pay Processing as you normally would.
7. When done, re-run the Section Archive process for the applicable section(s).
