3.1 Unable to complete Full Merge due to 2 Teams in 'To' Household with same Family Member Number
Problem
We're in the process of doing a Full Merge and notice that the 'To' household contains two (2) Teams, both of which are listed as Family Member 1. If we complete the Merge, we fear that the system will merge those teams into one. Since we can't edit family members/teams in the 'To' household, what can we do?
Solution
Abort the full merge.
Do a partial merge in the TO household to give the two teams different family member numbers (1 and 2 should work).
When done, remain in the Household Transfer/Merge program and complete the full merge.
