Problem
3.1 Files, Documents, and other items are not being uploaded into the BLOB on one particular workstation.
Solution
Check the URL of the desktop icon you're using to launch RecTrac to ensure it contains the full and proper path. For Example: http://<servername>:4180/wbwsc/client.wsc/login.html?InterfaceParameter=RectracLAN_1, where <servername> is the name of your RecTrac server.
In this instance of this issue, the URL being used was http:// <servername>:4180/wbwsc/, which is the full URL. This was causing a 404 Error in the web console when running the browser with developer tools showing. The file was trying to upload to an unfounded URL of http://servername:4180/wbwsc/index.html for the subdocument, and that is not a valid path.
Ensure the URL is correct, login and attempt the upload again.
