How to fix Instructor Pay posted for the wrong amount in RecTrac 3.1
Problem
We ran instructor pay processing bit used the wrong amount for a couple instructors. How do we fix this?
Solution
Use the Pay Update program.
1. In the Standard VSI Design, go to Management Ribbon Activity Management Staff Management Pay Update (this button is controlled by {permissions).
2. Click the Picklist icon to select the Instructor whose pay amount you need to update.
3. Enter a date range that encompasses the date on which you ran Instructor Pay.
4. Click Search The DataGrid will populate with all matching pay records for the selected instructor.
5. Highlight/select the pay record you need to update and click Change.
6. Make adjustments as needed and click Save
7. Repeat steps 2-6 above for other instructors as needed.
8. Exit when done. Records will be updated in RecTrac. You can run or re-run Instructor Pay reports as needed.
