How do I link a Question to an Incident (Incident Processing)?
Solution
1.) In RecTrac, go to the Management ribbont System Management Fee/Rule/Question Management group Question Management.
- Click the Add button, enter a Description, and select Incident for the Question Type.
- Click the Save button.
2.) Go to the Management ribbont System Management Misc Management group System Code Management.
- Click the Add button, enter a Record Code, and Select Incident Type for Type.
- Click the Questions tab.
- Click the Link Individual Question button and select the Question from Step #1.
- Click the Save button.
3.) Go to the Management ribbont Incident Processing. Add/Change an Incident and the Question from Step #1 will appear on the Core tab within the Questions section.
