Where are the Statements and Invoices programs in RecTrac 3.1?
Answer
The Statements program on the Period End Processes group is where you'll find these. Launch the program and make a selection from the Statement Option field. Here are some things for you to consider when setting up the fields:
- Be sure to enter Transaction Date and Item Date ranges.
- Include proper Credit and Debit Pay Codes.
- You can use the Individual Household Selection group if single households ask for a statement.
- Determine whether you wish to Email Statements.
- Use the 'i' tooltip for field level descriptions and other information.
Click Process to run the Statement. You'll get a message from the Notification center when the process completes. After that, you can go to the Statement History tab to view/print/email your output OR you can print the statements/invoices in bulk them from the Bulk Print program.
