A Household member doesn't show in Global Sales and we can't access their Member Details

Problem
I have a household with one member in it. The member doesn't show in the Family Member Selection DataGrid in Global Sales and they can't purchase anything. When I try to update the household and click on the member's Member Details button, we get the following error.

Solution
This issue happens when there is a problem with the Primary Guardian when creating a household. The Primary Guardian/Household will look fine upon creation, but issues happen when accessing the household during daily processing.
To fix this, add a new member to the household and change the Primary Guardian of the household to the new member you just created. Once that is done, delete the original Primary Guardian from the household and save. This usually happens to new households/households with no Purchase History, so there shouldn't be an issue with deleting the original Primary Guardian.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Household Management.
- Click Change.
- Click Add New Member.
- Fill out any required fields.
- Click Save.
- Back on the Household Management screen, highlight the affected household, and click Change Primary Guardian.
- Set the New Primary Guardian to the new member you just added to the household.
- Click Continue then I Wish To Continue.
- Click Close on the Success message.
- Back on the Household Management screen, highlight the affected household, and click Change.
- Select the original Primary Guardian (now an Additional Family Member) and click Member Details.
- Click Member Options then Delete Family Member.
- Click Save.
The Primary Guardian will now show in Global Sales, purchases can be made, and the Member Details button can be accessed.
