Can't Find Activity Registration in Purchase History, Customer Has Receipt

Problem
The patron has a receipt that they purchased and signed up for an activity and it shows that it was done in their household but cannot find it in their Purchase History.
Solution
By default the Purchase History DataGrid does not show archived records. You will need to adjust the DataGrid column filter to include archived records.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Global Sales.
- Enter their household number into the Lookup field.
- Click Lookup > Household Number.
- Click Select.
- Click Purchase History.
- Set the DataGrid filter for the column Archived Record to checked.
You should now see archived transactions in their Purchase History.
