Limit for Form Transition Status

Problem
We have received some Contact Us inquiries from WebTrac but our Forms Dashboard is not showing a status. When we try to transition it to NEW status we get the following error message. Is there a setting somewhere I'm missing?
Error Message
"The limit for the Form transition (NEW) has been reached and the form cannot be transitioned"
Solution
You can remove the limit or increase the threshold to allow for more forms of a certain status.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Form Workflow Management.
- From the DataGrid, highlight the Form Workflow Code that is listed on the Form you are trying to transition.
- On the right-hand side, you will see the form transition steps, select the one that you are trying to transition the form to, in this case, “New.”
- Click Change Transition.
- Under the Transition Max Count Option, the options are unlimited, max submissions, and max submissions by household category.
- Change it to unlimited to remove the limit or increase the number of submissions allowed.
- Click Save.
Return to the Form Dashboard and attempt to transition a submission to the status you just changed. You should now be able to do so without error.
