Not all Time Blocks showing on WebTrac

Problem
We have facilities that have multiple time blocks that customers can reserve online. WebTrac is only showing 3 time blocks for each facility. How can I get WebTrac to show all available time blocks for my facilities?
Solution
Go to WebTrac Management Screen Management and update the FRWebSearch screen. Under Advanced Field Parameters for Max Available Blocks to Display, change the FieldValue to the maximum number of Time Blocks you want to show on WebTrac.
Note: The system has an upper limit of 24 blocks
Steps For Solution
- Go to WebTrac Management Screen Management
- Highlight FRWebSearch from the DataGrid
- Click Change
- Expand FRWebSearch_Tab1 (Tab)
- Expand Facility Search Criteria (FRWebSearch_Group1) (Group)
- Highlight Max Available Blocks to Display (FRWebSearch_Search_BlocksToDisplay)(ComboBox)
- Click Advanced Field Parameters
- Change FieldValue to the maximum number of Time Blocks you want to show on WebTrac (Max 24 Blocks)
- Click Save
- Click Done
- Click Clear All Cache
- Toggle on Include WebTrac Cache
- Click Continue
After the WebTrac screen cache is clear, return to the Facility search screen and additional time blocks should now be visible.
