Prevent access to Profile Assignments for some Employees

Problem
I no longer want some of my employees to be able to make any changes within Profile Assignments, so I want to remove this option from their menus. How can I prevent access to this area of RecTrac?
Solution
This change can be made by updating the menu design that is linked to the users or the user groups that you want to remove the access to profile assignments.
Steps For Solution
- Go to Menu Management.
- Highlight the line in the DataGrid that is linked to the menu design code you wish to change.
- Click Change.
- Under Fields On Screen, Expand Management (RecTrac_MenuDefault_Tab_Management)(Tab).
- Expand Management Programs (RecTrac_MenuDefault_MenuGroup1)(Group).
- Expand System Management (RecTrac_MenuDefault_Button12)(Button).
- Expand User/Menu/Profile Management (RecTrac_MenuDefault_MenuGroup32)(Group).
- Drag and drop Profile Assignments (RecTrac_MenuDefault_Button_ProfileAssignments)(Button) back to the Available Fields column.
- Click Save.
The next time the users linked to that menu design login, they will no longer be able to access the Profile Assignments.
