Visit Processing 3.1: System Displays the Same Member's Photo Repeatedly

Problem
When some customers check in to Visit Processing, the wrong picture displays. This photo of the same person displays for multiple households. Why is this happening?
Solution
Be sure you are using a no-photo.jpg image, and import one if you do not.
When a member without a photo swipes in, the system displays the no-photo.jpg image. If the system cannot find 'no-photo.jpg,' then it simply displays the last good image found.
'no-photo.jpg' is attached to this KBase Entry. Once you have it, you can import into your RecTrac system via the Document Center.
Steps For Solution
- Save the "no-photo.jpg" locally.
- Open RecTrac and navigate to the Document Center.
- Select 'Photos' as the Document Type.
- Browse to the location where you saved the image, select it and click Import.
- If a message or error displays that it already exists, continue with next step.
- Reach out to Vermont Systems Staff and retrieve the "SetPhotoID.r" file.
- Save "SetPhotoID.r" locally.
- Go to Quickfix Processor in RecTrac.
- Browse to the location where you saved the "SetPhotoID.r" file.
- Run the program.
