Visit Processing is not showing Passes

Problem
When a RecTrac user is scanning in passes, no passes show up. We have confirmed the household has a valid pass and the Visit Profile has the pass as a valid pass too. What are we missing?
Solution
The Permissions Profile linked in the hierarchy used by the User logged in does not have the correct Table Permissions for PMPass.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Profile Assignments.
- Locate and highlight the Permissions Profile active for this user within the User/User Group/Workstation hierarchy.
- Click Update.
- Click on the Table Permissions tab.
- Use the DataGrid filter to narrow the Data Table column to PMPass.
- Using the in-line edit pencil icon, change the Access Rights for Processing View to:
- Administrator - to allow all possible passes.

With Matching Codes - to allow all passes with the corresponding permissions code to be used.
- Select the one or many corresponding Permissions Codes within the drop-down.
- Click the in-line edit pencil icon to save the changes.
- Click Save.
Have this user log in to RecTrac again and navigate to Pass Visit Processing. Test swipe a known valid pass, this time the pass should display in the visits DataGrid as expected.
