ePACT Activity Not Syncing, the ePACT Dashboard Setting is Blank

Problem
Enrolled members are not syncing with the ePACT activity and the ePACT Dashboard setting on the Activity Section Update screen is blank with no dashboard options to choose from.
Solution
You will need to Set the Client Key from the ePACT Network Integration settings in the Static Parameters Profile before linking the Section to an ePACT Dashboard.
Steps For Solution
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Profile Assignments.
- Click Static Parameters.
- Click on the Third-Party Integrations tab.
- Under the ePACT Network Integration group, click Set Client Key or Fetch Dashboards.
- Depending on the setting of the ePACT Key Type field (Client Key or Organization ID) the button will be labeled one of the above options.
- Click Save.
- From the RecTrac main menu, go to Activity Section Management.
- From the DataGrid, highlight the Activity Section that wasn't syncing.
- Click Change.
- Select your ePACT Dashboard from the newly populated options.
- Click Save.
Wait until the next RecTrac Sync with ePACT and verify this section's enrollees have synced successfully.
