Use the Dashboard Chart/Table Maintenance Start screen to create new and change your existing Chart Records. Dashboards are a specialized, graphical output based on the Summary Details of your standard or customized reports.
Before creating a Chart Record:
- Choose a report and Summary as the Output Type.
- Process that report with the Schedule Only option of Dashboard Chart or Table on the Report Options screen.
- Schedule that report and take note of the Schedule Name on the Schedule Generator screen. You will need the Schedule Name when creating our Chart Record on the Dashboard Chart/Table Maintenance Update screen.

Created Charts (ChartMaintenanceStart_Datagrid)
The Created Charts DataGrid lists all the Dashboards/Charts currently established in your system that you have Permissions to view. Scroll up/down to view the Charts or scroll left/right to view additional details.

Buttons on the screen…
Click Add to continue to the Dashboard Chart/Table Maintenance Update screen to enter the details for your new Chart record.
The Add options you receive are determined by your Default Record Permissions (Permissions profile • Default Record Permissions group) and whether-or-not you have Default Records in your database for this Module.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Change to continue to the Dashboard Chart/Table Maintenance Update screen to edit the selected Chart.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Delete to remove it from the database.
