The Work Order Category Code program allows you to add, update, delete, and clone Work Order Category Codes for use with the MainTrac module. Work Order Category Codes are used in the system as a means to sort and prioritize Work Orders. Work Order Categories are subjective, but some common examples might include, "Emergency, Rec Department Requests, City Council Requests, Preventive Maintenance, Inspection Failure, Golf Course Requests, Long Range Planning, etc…..

Word Order Categories (MTWORKORDERCATEGORYMain_DataGrid)
The Work Order Category Codes DataGrid screen lists all the Work Order Category Codes currently in your database. Scroll up/down to view all the records. Scroll left/right to view the details.
DataGrid column sort options allow you to customize the view as desired. Click here for a full description of RecTrac DataGrids.
Buttons on the screen…
Click Add to continue to the Work Order Category Update screen to create a new Work Order Category Code.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Change to continue to the Work Order Category Update screen to update information for an existing Work Order Category Code.
Highlight/select an existing record and click More • Delete to remove it from the database.
Highlight/select an existing record and click Clone to continue to the File Maintenance Clone program to clone the selected Code.
Click More • Export to continue to the File Maintenance Export screen where you can select records in the DataGrid to export. The export creates an XML file which can be viewed/saved from the Document Center.
The export/import process provides an easy way to move records between RecTrac databases if necessary.
