The Letter Group Management program allows you add, change, delete, and clone letter "headers" that are linked to RecTrac modules and set the guidelines for when waivers are printed. Waivers are created and maintained in Letter Management.
For example, you might have an Activity Hold Harmless Waiver that you want printed with each new sports registration. You would create the waiver in Letter Mangement, link it to a "header" in this program that is configured to print with each new registration. You would then link the "header" to your sports programs in the Waiver Code field.
