DeleteApplication ID (SAProfileDetails_ApplicationID)
Enter your PayTrac Application ID as given to you by Vermont Systems.
DeleteMerchant ID (SAProfileDetails_PayTracMerchantID)
Enter the Merchant ID for this credit card profile as given to you by Vermont Systems. You may have multiple Merchant IDs under a single Application ID.
Note: If this is a Normal Retail account or a Restaurant account then click Provision MerchantID to poulate this field. It will provision a card present Merchant ID at Finix and will populate this field.
Merchant Identity (SAProfileDetails_PayTracMerchantIdentity)
Enter the Merchant Identity for this credit card profile as given to you by Vermont Systems.
DeleteAPI User Name (SAProfileDetails_APIUserName)
Enter your PayTrac user name and password as given to you by Vermont Systems.

API Password (SAProfileDetails_APIPassword)
Enter your PayTrac user name and password as given to you by Vermont Systems.

Passwords are masked in RecTrac. Passwords in RecTrac appear either as a series of pipes" or dots in password fields (i.e. | | | | | or •••••).There is no Permission that allows you to see an actual password. There is no Report in RecTrac that will display a password.
Additionally RecTrac user passwords and WebTrac user passwords are encrypted based on the configuration settings as maintained on your Encryption profile.
DeleteAccount Type (SAProfileDetails_CheckAccountType)
Select the type of Account you want to use for this Check profile.
- E-Commerce - Used for normal every day web-based transactions, such as those performed by patrons in WebTrac.
- MOTO - Used for Installment Billing processed through RecTrac.
eCheck Sales Allowed? (SAProfileDetails_eCheckSalesAllowed)
Turn on this toggle if you want to allow eCheck (ACH) sales through WebTrac. An active eCheck paycode will need to be set up in Payment Code Management and linked as an allowed paycode in the appropriate Payment Profile.
DeleteEmail (SAProfileDetails_PaytracPrimaryEmail)
Enter the email address to which you want emails sent in the event that the status of a transactions changes. To enter a list of email addresses, separate them by a comma with no space. For Example: sysadmin@rectrac.com,manager@rectrac.com, etc.
Emails will be generated by scenarios, such as but not limited to:
- If a transaction is processed, but at some point after it is processed the bank determines that the account has insufficient funds to cover the transaction.
Statement Descriptor (SAProfileDetails_StatementDescriptor)
You will not visit this field.
This view-only field will be populated and maintained automatically from response data that is imported into RecTrac when the PayTrac Status Updater program runs.
DeleteReversals Payment User Name (SAProfileDetails_ReversalsPaymentUser)
The user selected here is the user that will be linked to the GL records created for eCheck return transactions. Accept this entry or overwrite with an alternate user, if needed.
DeleteReversals Cash Drawer (SAProfileDetails_ReversalsCashDrawer)
The drawer Number listed here is the drawer Number that will be linked to the GL records created for eCheck return transactions. Accept this entry or overwrite with an alternate drawer Number, if needed.
DeleteAssociated End of Shift Profile (SAProfileDetails_AssociatedEOSDevice)
Select the End of Shift profile that you want to use for eCheck returns. If you don't do End of Shift processing, leave this field blank. If an End of Shift Profile is selected, return GL records will be associated to an End Of Shift Batch.
