The Open Ticket profile establishes settings for POS Open Ticket (restaurant style) operations.
Making changes to a profile is an Audited Event. Additionally, Linking, Removing, Purging, and Cloning profiles are also Audited Events.

SAProfile_Open_Ticket_Open_Ticket_Tab1
Use Open Ticket Mode for Global Sales (SAProfileDetails_OpenTicketGlobalSales)
Select this option to launch Open Tickets from Global Sales when you use the Touch tab.
DeleteUse Open Ticket Mode for Touch (SAProfileDetails_OpenTicketTouch)
Select this option use Open Tickets as your default Touch POS screen.
DeleteDisplay Tickets for Current Location Only (SAProfileDetails_CurrentLocationOnly)
Select this option to see tickets for the location linked to your Location profile only.
Deselect this option to see tickets from all locations.
DeleteDisplay Tickets for Current User (SAProfileDetails_CurrentUserOnly)
Select this option to see tickets for user currently logged in only.
Deselect this option to see tickets from all users.
DeleteAuto-Print Tickets on Logout or Returning to Ticket Listing (SAProfileDetails_AutoPrintTicket)
Select this option if you would like to queue orders to the default print(s) and/or kitchen monitor automatically when taking orders. Choosing this option eliminates the need for an Order Print control button. This function will work when you logout or return to the Ticket Listing screen. Any items on the current ticket that have not been sent to the kitchen will print/display.
Deselect this option to queue orders to the printer manually.
DeletePrompt for Covers and Table on New Ticket (SAProfileDetails_PromptCovers)
Select this option to have the system prompt you for a table number and number of covers (diners) when opening a new ticket.
Deselect this option to skip the prompt. You can enter the information later, if needed.
DeleteAutomatically Open Table on CloseOut of Last Ticket (SAProfileDetails_AutoOpenTable)
Select this option to set a table's status to Open" once the ticket is closed out. Using this feature negates the need for an Open Table control button.
Deselect this option to open tables manually after the current ticket has been closed.
