WebGraphicalMaintenanceConversionUpdate_Help
Use the WebTrac Graphical Conversion screen to re-create your 10.3 Graphical POS screen and buttons within 3.1. This conversion is especially helpful when you have a complex event space (such as an event space for ticketed events with many layers and seats/buttons). Your database conversion from RecTrac 10.3 to 3.1 includes your old button coordinates (which are reused). However, a lot of information is still needed in order to recreate the POS screen in 3.1 and MUST be specified when your run this program.
Before you proceed:
When you run this program, you must specify the following:
- Whether you are converting POS Tickets or Rentals. If you have both then you MUST run this program once for each.
- Name and dimensions of the background image used for each layer (which must reside on the 3.1 server). Acceptable file types include .jpg, .gif, and .png.
Note: All necessary images MUST reside in the 3.1 server's \Images\ folder or a subfolder underneath it.For Example: The campground background image and button images are stored on your RecTrac Server in the following, default installation location: \VSI3\RecTrac\WebServer\GUI\images\.
- Name of the background image(s) used for buttons on each layer. You can configure button background images for indicating when an item/seat is available, unavailable, and selected. You might have used all, multiple, or just one of those within 10.3. Configure the 3.1 button backgrounds to match what you had within 10.3.
